HOA

The Oak Meadow Homeowners Association has two major purposes:  To foster a sense of community involvement for all residents and to enhance property values. Membership dues are voluntary, only $40 per year, and can be paid via PayPal (click on link below) or by printing the Membership Form and mailing with your check to OMHOA, PO Box 780744, San Antonio TX 78278.

HOA meetings are held on the 3rd Wednesday of the month. If you would like to attend a meeting please contact one of our Board Members.

Covenants are so important to maintaining our property values, and we have them in Oak Meadow.  We encourage all homeowners to read their covenants carefully, since they apply to all properties, whether or not the homeowner joins the HOA.  To review yours, just click Covenants and Bylaws.  Covenants are listed by Unit number and street.

The most common covenants the HOA is contacted about are:

  • Boats and trailers stored in driveways
  • The keeping of poultry
  • Garage conversions

Please review your Covenants if you are contemplating any of these situations because they are specifically prohibited. Contact a Board Member if you have any questions.

Also, the City of San Antonio has rules and regulations they enforce. These are called Codes. They are our best partner in handling issues not covered by our covenants such as:

  • Maintenance of homes, yards and fences
  • Pet leash and microchipping laws
  • and many other areas

To report a concern handled by the City of San Antonio, please call 311.

Being a good neighbor is important.  Please be aware of how your actions affect others.
We hope you enjoy living in Oak Meadow as much as we do.  It’s such a wonderful community!
